Not the right fit? You can return or exchange your frames within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

1. Send us your order number and the item you'd like to return via our Contact page.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
3. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Conditions

• Frames must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
• If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
